Brian has been consulting internationally with a specialization in leadership identification and team development. Brian's undergraduate degree in psychology and master's degree is clinical counseling provides a unique understanding of the challenges associated with team leadership. He brings more than 20 years experience within the private sector, education, and business. In the past ten years he has worked with over 13,000 individuals in more than 300 organizations in North and South America and 13 European countries.
