Diana Martenson

Senior Leadership Development Consultant

Diana completed her Master's of Education at the University of Minnesota and a Teaching Certificate at Minnesota State University. She also received an Organization Development Certificate from the National Training Laboratory. Diana has been an Organization and Program Development Specialist for the University's Extension Service, and has been an advocate and leader in the University's Civic Engagement Consortium including the Civic Leadership School. She has worked with organizations in Minnesota using the technique of Appreciative Inquiry to effectively engage all stakeholders in strategic planning processes. Her intensive study of needs assessment frameworks and strategic planning have equipped her to effectively serve as a consultant, coach, and catalyst with organizations across the State of Minnesota.
