With 30 years of leadership experience and non-profit board membership, Nikki regularly consults within the profit, non-profit, public service, and educational sectors. She completed her MA in Organizational Leadership. As an educator she teaches at the graduate and undergraduate levels in a variety of disciplines including, organizational leadership and human resource management. Nikki is certified in various assessments such as the Clifton StrengthsFinder and the DISC. Her corporate training and executive coaching opportunities have assisted companies in leadership analysis, team building, and organizational development.
